ICS TRIPLEX T9802 (commonly named 9802) is a 16-channel digital input termination assembly for AADvance safety instrumented system. It serves as the field signal terminal interface for T9401/T9402 digital input modules, accepting 24VDC discrete field signals and providing galvanic isolation between field wiring and safety I/O cards.
This termination unit supports dual redundant signal path design with high voltage isolation protection. It uses pluggable screw terminal blocks for convenient field wiring and hot-swap maintenance. It is IEC 61508 SIL3 certified hardware. It is legacy spare part, used for maintenance and retrofit of existing AADvance safety systems.
