Triconex 8120E Enhanced Performance Main Chassis
Triconex 8120E is an enhanced performance main chassis for Tricon SIS safety instrumented systems under Schneider Electric. It is the core hardware rack that accommodates TMR processors, redundant power supplies, I/O modules and communication modules for safety control architecture.
This chassis adopts triple modular redundant design with 2-out-of-3 voting logic, certified SIL3. All inserted modules support hot swap. It is legacy spare widely used for maintenance replacement of ESD, F&G and burner management systems.
