PROSOFT PTQ-PDPMV1 is a high-performance PROFIBUS DP V1 master communication module specially designed for Schneider Modicon Quantum PLC rack. It enables Quantum Unity PLC to connect with PROFIBUS DP slave devices, handling cyclic I/O data and acyclic parameter access for field instruments.
This single-slot module works independently of the main CPU without occupying processor scan time, supporting hot standby HEC function. It is legacy spare hardware widely used for maintenance and upgrade of petrochemical, power and water treatment automation systems.
