GE IC693CPU374 is a high-performance single-slot CPU module for GE Fanuc Series 90-30 PLC system, equipped with 133MHz embedded 586 processor and integrated dual 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports with built-in network switch. It supports floating-point calculation and fast logic scan for medium-sized industrial automation control.
This CPU has 240KB user configurable memory, supports up to 2048 discrete I/O points, and runs SRTP, EGD and Modbus/TCP protocols. It is legacy spare part widely used for maintenance replacement of old Series 90-30 PLC in power, water treatment and manufacturing industries.
