TRICONEX 3625C1 Digital Output Module in stock
TRICONEX 3625C1 is a high-density 32-channel digital output module designed for Tricon TMR safety instrumented system. It adopts triple modular redundant 2oo3 voting architecture, providing 24VDC discrete output to drive solenoid valves, relays and field actuators for ESD, BMS and F&G safety interlock systems.
This module supports continuous per-channel diagnostics to detect short circuit, open wire and internal hardware faults. It allows hot-swap replacement without system shutdown, certified to IEC 61508 SIL3. It is end-of-life, supplied as surplus or refurbished spare parts for legacy Tricon safety rack maintenance.
