FOXBORO FBM230 Field Device System Integrator Module in stock
FOXBORO FBM230 is a field device integration module for Foxboro I/A Series DCS system. It is equipped with four configurable serial ports, supporting RS232, RS422 and RS485 interfaces, mainly used to connect Modbus RTU and other serial smart field instruments to the DCS control database.
This module communicates with the controller through redundant fieldbus, supports up to 64 field devices and 2000 DCI block connections. It is suitable for Class G3 harsh industrial environments. It is legacy spare hardware, widely used for maintenance and retrofit of existing I/A Series distributed control systems.
