ABB REF542plus Multifunction Bay Protection and Control Unit in stock
ABB REF542plus is a compact digital bay protection and control unit for medium voltage switchgear. It integrates measurement, monitoring, protection, switch control and self-diagnosis into one single device, widely used for feeder, transformer and motor protection in substation automation systems.
This device consists of central processing unit and separate HMI panel, supporting multiple protection function configuration and rich communication interfaces. It has been discontinued since 2020, available spare parts are surplus or refurbished units for maintenance and retrofit of existing substation projects.
